In case you change your mind and would like to cancel your order before your package has been shipped, you can easily place a cancellation request by one of the below two options:

Once we receive the details, we will make sure to get your order canceled and that you receive your entire refund. Please note, this applies only in cases where the shipment has not been dispatched

2. CRITERIA FOR NO RETURN ACCEPTANCE

dynamocksnepal will not accept returns for products that are deemed to be USED, WASHED, WORN, or DAMAGED and are not in their original form of packaging and their original condition. Exceptions may apply
